1300 Beverly Estate Drive’s grand motor court, incredible architecture and stunning wall of windows served as a scene-stealing backdrop for the unveiling of McLaren’s all-new limited-edition, open-top Elva.
During the evening event, hosted in partnership by The Agency and McLaren Beverly Hills, guests got an up-close look at the new Elva—which is equipped with a four-liter M840TR twin-turbocharged V8 engine and is the fifth edition in the McLaren Ultimate Series. Only 399 Elvas will be available for purchase, each boasting a top speed that surpasses 200 mph and a starting price of about $1,690,000.
“This home was the perfect setting for this McLaren debut,” says Stefan Pommepuy, who represents the property along with The Agency’s co-founder and partner, Blair Chang. “The new Elva is a truly innovative design, and so is 1300 Beverly Estate Drive. It’s a perfect pairing.”
Designed by Tim Ralston with spectacular interiors by Lorenzo Cascino of Italian design firm Visionnaire, the home has been creating buzz since its debut last winter, garnering coverage in Maxim and on MSN among other outlets.
At once incredibly glamorous, modern and inviting, the home’s back terrace boasts sweeping views of Beverly Hills and the Pacific Ocean, all framed through double-height, floor-to-ceiling glass walls, which stretch nearly the entire length of the home.
