LeAnne Thrasher-Chang

LeAnne Thrasher-Chang, a Managing Partner at The Agency Naples, is a bi-coastal real estate expert who serves clients in Naples, Florida, and Los Angeles, California. Her passion lies in connecting clients to their dream home, whether it be a lease on the ocean, a first-time purchase, or their forever home. Launching her real estate career in 2011, real estate has become completely interwoven into her life as she is married to Blair Chang, Founder, and Partner at The Agency and a leading agent across the industry.

At the center of LeAnne’s real estate business is the fulfilling process of working closely with people to help them find their dream home. To her, real estate has never felt like a job, rather like a calling. One of her greatest strengths is her ability to get along with all kinds of people and connect them to others or a particular property. Some of her closest friendships have grown from working with her incredible clients.

Having grown up in Naples, LeAnne lends insight that only a local can offer. She has a vast network of longtime friendships and connections in the area and knows the waterways, the canals, the streets, and the golf courses. Her father was in real estate finance, so she grew up with an insider understanding of the Naples market and has now been in homes in virtually every neighborhood.

Prior to working in real estate, LeAnne attended NYU and Pepperdine while pursuing modeling. Her successful modeling career included traveling and meeting a breadth of diverse and extraordinary people, working with some talented photographers, designers, editors, and clients. Learning to navigate this world helped LeAnne to both hone her people skills and build an expansive network of contacts.

Outside of real estate, LeAnne lives a busy life with two sons, ages eight and five, who have inherited her and her husband’s love of sports and the outdoors. You can often find the family on a golf course, tennis court, baseball diamond, soccer, or football field. Their “happy place” is on Estero Bay, fishing for snook and snapper. Outside of their active life, the family spends time with friends and enjoys their community. Additionally, LeAnne volunteers with Children’s Hospital, Giveback Homes, Much Love Animal Rescue, and Hilton Heroes.

Sam Palmer

Having experienced so much across different countries and continents, Sam’s network is truly global, which has led to him mostly dealing in the secretive world of off-market listings. It’s also granted Sam the opportunity to live in some of the most renowned estates in the world, including Sloane House London and The Manor LA, where he lived with his wife Petra Ecclestone until they sold it for $119 million in 2019.

Above all else, Sam values and understands the importance of client privacy. Clients find in him a relatable and relentless spirit who wants the same things they do and has the right connections to make it happen. In addition to consistently securing record sales for clients, Sam and his wife also work together to develop homes, and his wife specializes in interior design. In 2022, they purchased a Brentwood estate on Tigertail Road for $22 million and later sold it for $36 million, holding the record sale for that year. Sam is a unique agent who knows and understands every aspect of the real estate industry and communities he serves, giving him the edge to support his clients and adapt to their distinctive needs and situations.

Jacob Weinblut

Jacob Weinblut brings his passion for building relationships, service-minded approach and warm, jovial personality to The Agency Beverly Hills. Specializing in beachfront homes and luxury estates across Malibu and the Greater Los Angeles Area, Jacob is trilingual in English, Spanish and Hebrew, allowing him to serve a large, international array of clients. Tapping into his professional and personal experience in the hospitality industry, Jacob has a knack for building lasting relationships and ensuring the buying and selling process is as enjoyable and seamless as possible.

Originally from Sherman Oaks, Jacob grew up immersed in the hospitality business, building a network of connections and honing his customer relations and concierge-style service skills. He worked in hospitality, sports agencies and private equity firms before transitioning to a full-time career in real estate, initially focused in Beverly Hills, West Hollywood and Hollywood Hills. In his first two years in the business, he sold $20 million in real estate. What he loves most about the business is that each day is an adventure, offering the chance to learn something new and build new relationships.

Jacob earned his business degree at the California State University of Northridge under the Nazarian School of Business. When not touring real estate with his clients, Jacob can be found enjoying Malibu and Marina Del Rey, from the beautiful homes to the scenic beaches. A huge dog lover, he donates much of his time to volunteering at local animal shelters. He loves cooking and baking for family and friends and traveling the world. His personal goal is to travel to as many beaches as possible all over the globe.

Jacqueline Salem

A proud native of Beverly Hills who has spent her entire adult life and multi-faceted career cultivating intimate, enduring relationships and strategic connections with the city’s most prominent and impactful professionals, Jackie Salem brings an extraordinary array of experience and personal gifts to her nascent career in residential real estate. In her 15 years as a model manager and director for Elite Model Management, while scouting, procuring and coaching 250+ young models annually through various print, TV and runway endeavors, she spearheaded a culture of team building and became a highly skilled negotiator. Developing a powerful dual reputation as a likable “people person” and powerful seller of talent, Jackie was also successful at orchestrating industry partnerships through social media management. As Founder of The Arch Talent Group, she recruited models and talent seeking to transition into the theatrical arena. Serving as a liaison for various industry divisions, she oversaw all fiscal management and budgeting issues.

Emerging as a much sought-after industry branding consultant in the mid-2010s, her high-end clients included BEBE/Bluestar Alliance, Playboy Enterprises, Inc. and With Playboy, she partnered with the CEO to rebrand creative vision, targeting millennials as a new
client demographic. As a fashion consultant with, Jackie revived the organization through rebranding and booking new models to create a fresh millennial company image; she also developed and grew social media platforms. With BEBE/Bluestar Alliance, she was charged with restructuring fashion campaigns to capture new audience demographics and refresh the band’s image. Over the years, Jackie also worked for high-profile professionals of all ages as a personal mentor.
